‘The Lone Kiwi’ Cabernet Sauvignon 2013 (Museum Stock)

Creating using traditional wine making techniques of open fermentation and cold soaking in small open top fermenters, this classic Cabernet Sauvignon has spent 18 months maturing in elegant French oak.  The palate is medium to full bodied with typical varietal Clare Cabernet flavours – some mint chocolate, spice and blackcurrants with a lovely soft tannin finish.

Recommended to cellar for 8-10 years.
